RIW attorneys David Robinson and Kelly Caralis taught courses at the National Retail
Tenants Association’s (NRTA) Annual Conference in Phoenix, Arizona. The NRTA provides
national retail, office, corporate, industrial and franchise tenants wit real estate administration education. Its annual conference is attended by national retail, office and industrial chain lease administration and real estate professionals. Kelly presented on leasing issues and best practices for restaurants. David, who is a member of the NRTA’s Education Committee, presented classes on resolving landlord common area maintenance overcharges and preparing and responding to lease related demand letters.
